  I have never written a review on a company before but felt compelled to do so this time. This past summer my wife and I planned to have the carpeting removed and hardwood flooring installed in four downstairs rooms and our master bedroom with walk-in closet. In addition, we needed the carpeting in the other three bedrooms, bonus room, upstairs hallway and stairs all replaced. The timing of the work was critical as we had a huge upcoming family reunion planned at our home. We stressed the deadline date for completion and were promised that the job would be done on time. We paid our deposit and the materials were ordered. As the deadline grew closer we were told that the hardwood flooring delivery was delayed by the manufacturer and that the completion date was at risk. After speaking with Albert, who I believe is the owner, and letting him know the impact that missing our date would have, he told me that he would do whatever it takes to get this done. He worked to expedite the already late materials and had a project manager (John- nicest guy) on site daily to keep things moving. They also had three crews at our home for the better part of a week, with the last crew working through the weekend to finish the job. The workers and everyone involved were aware of the importance of meeting the deadline and kept pushing through to make it happen. These guys went above and beyond our expectations to turn what could have been a very bad situation into a very positive one. They truly lived up to their commitment.
